Are your items authentic ?

We only sell authentic items, before any items are sold they are authenticated by our team.

Yes we do, if you have any queries regarding sourcing items please email us.

Our items come from either local/international retailers, but just like a restaurant doesn’t give you their secret recipes we can’t give you our secrets…

Do we buy sneakers/clothing/accessories ?

Yes ! We are always buying, new or used. If you have something to sell to us, please email or dm us with some pictures, the size , the price and the condition.

Do you trade?

Yes we do trade. Depending on the item you have and the item you want to trade for.

Is it safe to purchase online?

Yes,our online & in-store payments are powered by YOCO

What if I don’t want to purchase online ?

You are more than welcome to visit us at out store or simply select the Direct Bank Transfer Option if you would feel safer doing the transfer yourself. Make sure to use your Order ID & email the proof of payment to orders@thebackdoor.co.za

How do I know that my order has been processed.

If payment is made online using YOCO, your order will be automatically processed & get ready for delivery. If payment was made via EFT, you will receive an email with an order confirmation along with out Banking Details, Once payment is received, we will process your order & prepare for delivery.

If my order has not gone through, should I order again ?

No, please contact us on orders@thebackdoor.co.za or dm us on instagram @the_back.door to confirm whether we have received your order & one of our team members will assist you with the process going forward.

Can I exchange my order ?

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges will only be permitted under specific circumstances that have been deemed fit by our team or unless otherwise stated.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping will take place once payment is received , your order will arrive within 2-3 working days unless otherwise stated.
